Morgan Taylor is a recent graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, where she got a BA in Health and Societies. During her time at Penn, she wrote a senior honors thesis on the Black female maternal mortality crisis in the United States, specifically looking at 1940-2020. Taylor started doing research on the topic during her sophomore year at Penn, and this culminated in her completing her honors thesis and becoming an Andrea Mitchell fellow for the Center of Democracy.
