Morgan is Professor of Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. Morgan trained in the anthropology of medicine, bioethics and law (as it applies to healthcare), and has written extensively in the area of critical intersex studies. Morgan’s research over the years has moved increasingly toward critical disability studies and the food studies focussed on the relationship of food to our physical and cultural well-being.
